CLASS SCHEDULE CHANGES
From Wed, 3 April onwards the following class timings will change;
- Active Recovery @ 07:00AM
- Build @ 07:30AM
- Endurance @ 05:00PM
- Build @ 05:30PM
All other class timings remain the same on Wed.
No Active Recovery + Sculpt & Burn classes on Wed, 10 April.
REDUCED OPERATIONAL HOURS
- Sinhala & Tamil New Year (Thu, 11 Apr – Sun, 14 Apr): 4 days CLOSED
We shall be closed for a period of 4 days and will re-open on Mon, 15 April as per our normal schedule.
All Unlimited Membership & Monthly pass holders will be provided with a complimentary 4-day hold during this box closure period. -

- Open Gym (Peak): 07:30AM – 12:00NN

“BRING YOUR BUDDY” – MONTH OF APRIL
- All members can bring a “buddy” for any class at CFCY up to 3 trial classes in the month of April.
- Members will have to show up for the same class as their buddy.
- Please inform FD in advance to reserve a spot for their buddy for your prefered class.

- Peak Hour Open Gym slots can be booked under the “CrossFit” programe
- Off-Peak Hour Open Gym slots can be booked under the “Open Gym” program.
- Mercantile holidays that fall on Weekdays will have Open Gym slots as per Weekend schedule.
