    • Dates: 29 Jul, 5 Aug, 12 Aug, 19 Aug, 26 Aug, 2 Sep
    • Time: 3:30PM – 4:30PM
    • Class passes: 1, 6 or 12 class passes.
      Please note that there won’t be Active Recovery classes on Wed, 16 July
