CLASS CHANGES DURING OPEN
For 3 weeks of the Open the class schedule will change as follows;
FRIDAY EVENING:
1 Mar + 8 Mar + 15 Mar
- Build @ 05:00PM
- Muay Thai @ 05:30PM
SATURDAY:
2 Mar + 9 Mar + 16 Mar
- Endurance @09:00AM
SUNDAY:
3 Mar + 10 Mar + 17 Mar
- Partner WOD @ 09:00AM
Normal weekend class schedule will resume after the Open.
CROSSFIT OPEN 2024
The CrossFit Open is a 3-week international competition where anyone – regardless of fitness level or ability – can compete in the biggest fitness competition in history.
The 2024 CF Open will take place from 1 Mar – 18 March.
• 24.1: Fri, 1 Mar – Mon, 4 Mar
• 24.2: Fri, 8 Mar – Mon, 11 Mar
• 24.3: Fri, 15 Mar – Mon, 18 Mar
