    • We’ll be hosting a special two-night Ladies Retreat from 15–17 May, led by Coach Alexi.

Class Schedule Updates

  • Mat Pilates
    • Mat Pilates, conducted by Barressential, will take place on Wednesdays starting 6 May from 06:30PM to 07:15PM (45 minutes)
    • Rates & Packages
      • 1 Class Pass – LKR 3,500 (valid for 1 class)
      • 3 Class Pass – LKR 9,600 (valid for 1 month)
      • 6 Class Pass – LKR 18,000 (valid for 2 months)
      • 12 Class Pass – LKR 30,000 (valid for 4 months)
    • Sculpt & Burn passes can be used to attend Mat Pilates.
