New to CFCY?
Our new OnBoarding program has been designed to support those new to CFCY with the right lifestyle changes to meet their personal health and fitness goals. Our intention is to guide you, not just for that 1 hour when you’re in the gym but those crucial 23 hours outside of it.
This program includes 1 month access to our group classes and a Mentor Coach to help get you accustomed to our training & nutrition philosophies and be your guide for your first month at CFCY.
The program includes the following;
- BASE program Monthly Class Pass OR CrossFit Monthly Unlimited for access to group classes
- 45 minute 1-1 (in person) consultation with our Head Coach
- Personalized Nutrition program
- Workout program customization
- Movement feedback via video
- Lifestyle and Nutrition data tracking and adjustments
- Access to Mentor Coach for any questions regarding fitness, nutrition and lifestyle.
