CFCY is the largest and most equipped CrossFit box in Sri Lanka. Located in central Colombo, our 6,200 sq.ft space is the first and only 100% dedicated functional fitness facility in the country, equipped by Rogue Fitness, the official equipment supplier to the Reebok CrossFit Games.
We provide over 30 hours of CrossFit classes a week including CrossFit Kids, Yoga and other specialty courses in addition to Personal training and Corporate programs.
Never Trained Before?
The CFCY OnBoarding Program has been designed to support those new to CFCY with the right lifestyle changes to meet their personal health and fitness goals. Our intention is to guide you, not just for that 1 hour when you’re in the gym but those crucial 23 hours outside of it.
This program includes 1 month access to our group classes and a Mentor Coach to help get you accustomed to our training & nutrition philosophies and be your guide for your first month at CFCY.

Safety is our main priority. We have a very measured approach to coaching CrossFit and require everyone new to this style of training to complete a mandatory 1 month in our Back to Basics program.
