BOX CLOSURE

  • Mon, 13 Apr – Thu, 16 April (Sinhala & Tamil New Year): CLOSED
    • Our facility will open on Fri, 17 April as per our normal operating hours.

Class change Overview:

  • Olympic Weightlifting: From Sat, 4 Apr, our Oly lifting class will be back every Saturday @ 08:00AM.
  • Sculpt & Burn: Last class on Fri, 27 Mar. Classes will re-commence on Mon, 20 April.
  • FunFit Teens: Last class is on Sun, 29 Mar. Classes will re-commence on Sun, 19 Apr.
  • Tiny Titans: No classes on Wed, 1 Apr & Wed, 15 Apr.
  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: No BJJ Kids classes on Tue, 14 Apr.
  • Mat Pilates: No classes on Thu, 9 Apr & Thu, 16 Apr.

Upcoming Events

  • Tiny Titans: Parent & Kid WOD
    • We will be having a Parent & Kid WOD on Wed, 22 April @ 03:30PM – 04:30PM. Kids can use their class passes or purchase a drop-in. Parents can join for free.
  • Ladies Retreat @ Palm Hotel, Ahangama
    • We are planning a special Ladies Retreat for two nights (15 – 17 May, 2026) led by Coach Alexi. Check your Wodify app for more details.
