Class change Overview:
- From Wednesday, 11 February, the 06:00AM Run Club will be replaced by Endurance.
- For the month of February, the 06:30PM Active Recovery class will be temporarily cancelled. Active Recovery will run mornings only (07:30AM).
- CrossFit Open 2026
- The CrossFit Open 2026 will start on Fri, 27 Feb and run for three weeks.
- 26.1: Fri, 27 Feb – Mon, 02 Mar
- 26.2: Fri, 06 Mar – Mon, 09 Mar
- 26.3: Fri, 13 Mar – Mon, 16 Mar
