New to CrossFit?

Step 1 – Fundamentals or Fast Track

Learn CrossFit’s foundational movements in a class setting and graduate with a better understanding of the CrossFit methodology, the lingo, the most common movements and how to modify/scale your workouts.

When you join regular classes, you will enter with confidence and tools you need to succeed. This is a mandatory program for those new to CrossFit. We have two options to complete this course;

  1. Fundamentals Program
    or
  2. Fast Track (please see Personal Training)

The Group Fundamentals program consists of six 1-hour sessions to be completed within a 2-week period. These sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday across the 2-weeks. 2 timings are available;

  • AM STREAM: 07:00 – 08:00
  • PM STREAM: 18:30 – 19:30

Step 2 – Integration into Group classes

Upon completion of the Fundamentals program or personal training, you may then choose to get a membership package to join our main group classes.

These classes are designed with a focus on continuing to build your fitness foundation. The workouts will be challenging, but will be particularly beneficial for those who want to better learn the movements, become more proficient with their mechanics, and develop their foundational strength.


Visiting CrossFitter?

If you’re visiting our island and would like to drop-in for a class or train solo during open gym times at CrossFit Ceylon, all you need to do is:

  1. Check our schedule
  2. Pick a class to attend (if applicable)
  3. Email us your name, affiliate box, how long you have been training for and the class slot you would like to attend (pending confirmation)
  4. Upon confirmation, arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class to fill in our waiver form and get a quick tour!
