Crossfit Kids Program
Our CrossFit Kids program is a specialized program using CrossFit methodology based on the principles of mechanics, consistency and then intensity with the most important element of every class being FUN!.
Our intention is to make our kids classes B.I.G (broad, inclusive and general) FUN to help develop a lifelong love of movement and fitness. Children and teens will participate in engaging workouts, specific to their age groups and capabilities. Games will feature heavily for our younger athletes with progressions towards adding load and more complex movements as they grow, develop and exhibit good movement patterns.
They’ll learn great technique in a multitude of movements that will help them not just in sports but in everyday life. Further benefits: foster great habits, confidence boosting, healthy social interaction and forges an active/fitness mindset. Simply put, it’s great for the mind and body.
Currently classes are organised into manageable sizes to ensure each child gets attention. The ages are also grouped to allow for us to get the best out of each child, based on their fitness level.
