Open gym sessions allow you to come in and do your own training and work on your skills and/or strength. Hone your Olympic weightlifting, practice your gymnastic skills or simply do the WOD!
Please note that there are no coaches during Open gym times, and therefore only experienced CrossFitters and members that have completed the Fundamentals program can access open gym.
